I come from a family of engineers and artists, a blend that shaped my lifelong fascination with how things are made. From childhood, I was drawn to fashion and sewing- designing Barbie clothes, playing dress-up in my mother’s party dresses, and later making my own prom dresses and garments throughout high school. I went on to college to study design, art history, clothing construction, pattern making, and business. My work experience in NYC fashion district launched me into creating custom bridal gowns for friends and family, and ultimately into the couture studio I run today.

My design philosophy is rooted in the traditional couture process and time-honored techniques. I approach each gown with an engineer’s curiosity and an artist’s eye for detail, focusing on perfect fit, proportion, and structure. Skilled in pattern making, draping, and precise fitting, I craft garments using impeccable construction methods and refined hand-finishing. I believe true beauty lies in the harmony of form and function, and that a beautifully made gown can be transformative for the wearer.

Inspiration for my work comes from many places: the emotion of the wedding day, a client’s personal vision, fashion history, exquisite laces and textiles, and nature’s inherent beauty. Each  piece is developed through meaningful collaboration, resulting in something that is deeply personal, intentional, and crafted with care.

Preserving the traditions of sewing is also a core value of my practice. I enjoy meeting with fellow stitchers and creators to share knowledge, learn from one another, and keep the art of sewing alive.
